World of Warcraft has recently started 10-day free trials. If you did not know this, you either life under a rock, or are a rock. Anyway, I started the trial, deciding, "What the fuck? I wanna see what makes this game different from Runescape." First off, the other players are helpful. I play an Orc Hunter, and one time I was getting slain by like four level ten raptors. I was only level 5. Two level sixty Taurens helped me in my time of need, and healed me. In Runescape, they wait for you to die. Sometimes, they fucking watch. Emotes, Voice Emotes are fun too. But battling is where it can get interesting. Class differences really shine here, since none of them are alike. They are all different in their own way. In Runescape, there are no classes, just fucking stupid weapons. Pets in Runescape are of no help, and you can only get cats. In WoW, you can get a gorilla, and beat the fuck outta someone with it. I shit you not. In short, WoW is fun but addicting, Runescape is shit. Here is my Orc Hunter, Grogolar. Included is my raptor pet, Aestus: This game has been eating away my time like you will not believe.

I considered getting it, but I'm not allowed to do anything on the internet that costs money. I wanna try it though.

I have friends who play, but I'm too cheap to, plus I'm stuck with dial up internet.

I did the trial. Then used my brother's old friend's account. Then bought it. Then canceled it and sold it cause my parents didn't wanna pay.
WoW is extremely detailed, fun and addicting. I'm usually a pretty strict critic when it comes to either games, or spriting. Thus, I even TRIED to LOOK for flaws in WoW, but could only find a few, if any. The first thing that comes to mind is " There's too many areas with high-level monsters."
But, then I smacked myself on the head when I realized, "That's the point." Blizzard did that to, obviously, make it so that high level players don't get bored. The higher level you go, there's still stuff to do, if not more. That way, nobody gets bored.
With Runescape, you don't get any more content by getting better. The only way to get more content is to pay 5 bucks a month, and then you can't get any more content after that.

Ten-day free trial that can be downloaded off of Blizzard's website. If I just delete the trial, would the days stop ticking... or do I have to stop the trial in a different way?

...What are you talking about?
When the 10 days are up, you don't have to start paying. You need to buy the CD for that. When the 10 days tick down to 0, the program just doesn't let you on anymore. There's nothing to worry about.

I pay for my own shit. My WoW trial ended yesterday, and I started paying. My brother is so much better at it than me, and he is younger. I only have a level fourteen Orc Hunter, and he has a level twenty-something Tauren.
But apparently, they are adding a fifth race to the playable races. I think it is the 'Blood Elves' or something like that.
Oh, and I love how subtly racist the Trolls are. They live in little villages, with little huts, practice vodoo, wear war paint, have bone piercings, and have Jamaican accents. Plus, they always say, "Don't touch da vodoo, mon" or "Beware da vodoo, mon".

Ive been playing WOW for a long time. I was waiting for you to come to say that. With all that crap we saw on your desktop (when you posted a pic of it either here or DD) there was bound to be WoW somewhere. And if not, it was obviously gonna come. Yeah, they're adding/added 2 races. One for Horde, one for Alliance. The one for the Horde is the Blood Elves, which are pretty much the Night Elves for Horde Players. I forget what the Alliance race is called, but they're big blue people. I had a Gnome Mage, a Dwarf Hunter, and a Undead Priest (the latter I only played for 1 day, then deleted.) Didn't really level up too much with them. I'm more of a proffession person, so that's what I focus on.
