A mysterious squad that appeared almost half a century ago. There is little information on their reasons for wandering aimlessly through the galaxies in a small, houseboat-like carrier other than the claim that they're just mere travellers passing through. They pledge their loyalties to no one and will only put their time, effort and expenses into protecting those they find trustworthy and respectful.
They are best known for their large array of battle robots dubbed Beastdrones; their strength, power, and strategy based on what species they represent. Nearly thousends of Beastdrones can be employed to take down whoever the squad believes is a danger to them and anyone they treat with respect.
Name: Hayato Saijuki
Age:
Physical - 25
Eternal - 1192
Gender: Male
Race: Cyber Cleric
Eye color: Green
Hair Color: Blond
Birthday: Unknown
Lives: A small houseboat-like carrier dubbed "Cyber Cleric: Elite Noble Gen. I"
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 200lb
Likes: Constructing machines, galactic cuisine, standing outside his houseboat and enjoying the galactic atmosphere.
Dislikes: Seeing his constructions destroyed for dumb reasons, pledging loyalties or teaming up with those who dedicate their lives to protecting their superiors (Both due to a traumatic event in his life), metalic rusts.
Appearance: His blond hair reaches to his waist, partially covered by a white bandana a half foot shorter in tail length. He wears a black unitard under a blue, Japanese-like uniform with gold borders along the cuffs, zipper and bottom coat, white ribbons around his shoulders, white gloves, and knee-high, green, titanium boots. The symbol of the EN squad is pinned on both sides of the collar and on the left beast.
His Cyber Cleric uniform is the same as everyone else, aside from the cape which is blue with white borders and a large crest of the squad in the center.
History: Born three years after the blessing of fertility by Lunara, Hayato was one of the few children who grew up with the evolution of the Holy Lunarian empire. At a young age, he was facinated by the mechanics of technology and wants to grow up to become an engineer, working to create machines for use in farming and expanding colonizations.
Then, one day, a tragic accident creates a bigger oppertunity for Hayato rather than turmoil and sorrow. While travelling through space with his father, one of the few who survived the radiation splash during the ship's landing into, what is now known as, the Holy Lunarian Empire, they suddenly encounter an asteroid belt that was not charted on their galactic map. They try to outmanuver the hail of intergalactic rocks, but with so few spaces big enough to house a carrier, escape seemed futile.
Hayato awakens in a stasis pod in some strange hospital run by randomly constructed robots passing through, some coming up to him to check on his status which, in the mind of someone who's woken up in a room void of all organic life, is anything but an interesting sight. When asked how he was feeling he hardly gave them an answer, afraid the wrong words will cause them to put him back under for some kind of alien experiment. Fortunately, the robots, who call themselves Cygaxians, seem to understand why he won't speak and sent for a human to explain what was going on.
Hajime, a Cyber Cleric representing the Federation Star Alliance, is considered the only known human with enough exerience to handle such a task. He sat with Hayato for a week, explaining what was going on and observing him as the Cygaxians did more experiments and tests on his cybernetically enhancing body. Intrigued by what Hajime said, Hayato requests that he, too, becomes a Cyber Cleric representing the Holy Lunarian Empire.
He and some of the other survivors who chose to live through cybernetic enhancements took Hajime and a few Cygaxians to the empire to explore the moon's environment and the six planets that revolve around it. Sierra Iltheria, the first empress of Holy Lunaria, became so intrigued by what Hayato presented her with when their paths crossed, she offered him a position as a noble incharge of keeping machines on all colonized planets up to par and working properly. Hayato takes the offer with pride and astonishment, pledging his knowledge and efforts into making sure the Holy Lunarian Empire becomes one of the most habitable colonies in the galaxy.
With life no longer a huge concern, Hayato dedicates his time studying a variety of machines, and contemplating how he can improve their performance. His enhanced machines allowed the Holy Lunarian empire to expand and inhabit more areas of the planet, as well as the six moons and any other planet the empire can obtain and colonize. He has had his share of heartaches when Sierra and his parents pass away from old age, but with the excitement of what the future has in store for him, Hayato refuses to let even the most devistating moments of his life slow him down.
But as the empire grows and the trek to spread the teachings of Lunara became more desperate, most of the Cyber Clerics, including Hayato, began to grow weary of how far they will go to make other nations convert to this religion. Their suspicions were quickly noted when one of the commoners from the Office of the Green Moon appeared in Cygaxia and told everyone to convert to the teachings of Lunara or suffer the wrath of the crusade. When the galaxy refused, most of the Holy Lunarian visitors were enraged, grabbing everything that wasn't bolted down and beating others to death or until they change their minds.
Officals were called in to quell the onslaught. But with so many already deep within the teachings and loyalty of Lunara, the riot continued on for a few days. Many Cygaxians were torn down, their parts used as weapons to beat athiests into converting to the teachings of Lunara. The officals were forced to use violence to knock down the Holy Lunarians who were completely commited to following the teachings, and bludgen them into an escape pod to be shot into space away from Cygaxia.
Religion for Lunara was so high, it even affected the Cyber Cleric council. One of Hayato's apprentices was caught constructing and shipping weapons to Holy Lunaria to help their moon goddess "engrave a deep scar" into the backs of the athiests who refuse to turn around and listen to her.
Angered, Hayato cuts off all shipping routes to Holy Lunaria and apprehends his apprentice, tearing out his teleportation and limitless lifespan enhancements, and throwing him into the escape pod with the rest of the rallied rioters to be shot into space and picked up by those living in the hostile era of the empire. He then teleports to Holy Lunaria, hoping to offer alternatives that are less violent than what he had witnessed on Cygaxia. But Samantha, poisoned by the bias words of his exiled apprentice into believing he would block the empire from spreading the teachings of Lunara, wouldn't even let him voice his first opinion. She ordered her soldiers to slaughter him as her way of reinstalling the good that their goddess has done to the empire.
Before Hayato is stabbed to near death, however, Hajime suddenly appears and thrusts his kunai a few inches from her throat, threatening to slit it if they don't release him. Horrified that he might be telling the truth, they comply with his demand, allowing him to grab the traumatized Cyber Cleric and escape.
Suffering greatly by the ordeal, and the thought of no longer supporting the future of Holy Lunaria, Hayato stayed holed up in his apartment for several days. He never ate, slept, touched his work, or even invite his friends in when they come by; it was like he no longer existed in Cygaxia. The few who saw him caught sight of a torn cape on his shoulders, indicating the severity of his trauma. Then, one day, he disappeared from Cygaxia, his last words being "Screw this loyalty crap! I'll use my powers in a way I think it should be used!". He was never seen again until nearly half a century later when he returned with his new "allies" from Elysia-II's forest area, and asking if they be enhanced with Cygaxian implants. He was no longer lifeless or angered; his uniform crafted from his own vision of what his squad should wear; and a desire to wander the galaxy of his own free will, using his massive intellegence to help whom ever he chooses.
This caught all of Cygaxia off guard and made them worry about his decisions. But R-X allowed him to continue as there was no rule saying a Cyber Cleric cannot form his or her own group. In fact, he believed Hayato did a good deed by constructing his own squad since he gets to choose how he runs it, who he respects, and that being dicator means he can manufacture weapons for his squad and not be punished for it. With this in mind, Hayato continues with his trek to explore the world and find new ways to enhance technology for himself, the squad and Cygaxia.
Personality: Hayato appears calm and collected, but takes everything he sees seriously. His intellegence is so high, it almost rivals Hajime and some of the other Cyber Clerics who understand more than just ways to construct and repair a variety of machines. His traumas, both emotional and physical, have hardly stopped him from continuing his eternal bout to bring balance and peace to any galaxy he passes. He is moderately social, treats his friends and members in almost the same way as a living person, and will not tolerate those who lose faith after suffering a massive failure to protect those they love.
Abilities: His body has been implanted with light-weighted materials that allow him to perform lightning-fast reflexes, decreasing the the time it takes to construct and repair a variety of machines to three times less than a normal human being. He can also run at speeds of up to 500 mph, is able to glide over water without sinking, and cleave anything twice his weight and size. His lightning-quick enhancements, however, makes him a lousy swimmer in water more than in space, and his human-average strength and stamina makes him less likely to take and recover from a hard blow.
Being born a noble, Hayato is gifted with strong psychic abilities. But trauma from being rejected from Holy Lunaria has retarded his control to only seeing visions when under deep stress, or knocked unconscious.
Weapons: Contained within a liondog-shaped head floating behind him is a light-weight katana sharp enough to cut down a craft as big as a mech fighter. The head, itself, serves as a shield, protecting him from blows inflicted by metal, beam, and plasma-based weapons, and projects an 8ft barrier strong enough to withstand the blasts of a space cannon.
Personal Quote: "Evolution is eternal. But the eras it craddles is short and unpredictable."
