Hey, I got a tablet yesterday and I thought it'd be really easy... but seriously, IT'S HARD!!! I cant even make a straight line and stuff...
do any of you (I think Almightynam does) have tablet and if you do, any tips or advice? Especially when you are copying the hand drawn picture to the tablet, it gets so screwy like the face is too long and stuff...
and if you use Tablet to make comic, how the heck do you do that?

Yeah... Tablets are very hard to get used to. Basically, 'cause your screen isn't completely to scale with the tablet, the proportions are wrong.
All you really can do is practice until you worked out the kinks, and use the straight line tool if you absolutely have to have a straight line. Flash is good, 'cause it smooths out your line if you use the brush, and Photoshop is okay, I heard it was good, but I'm used to flash so I don't know.
The way I make a comic is I first think of a script in my head, draw the individual poses of all the characters that best emulate the script, and then backgrounds. Backgrounds are by far the most annoying, 'cause you're already basically done, but you still have to detail the backgrounds enough for people to not complain.
Anyway, The tablet is just something you need to get used to. There are absolutely no tricks that can replace good ol' fashioned practice.
