Gen: Ironically, there are even more similarities between Eragon and Star Wars than the ones you listed. i.e., the enemies are the evil 'Empire,' both Eragon and Luke are taught by some old person from their farm/village, etc.
As for you using incorrect English as you please, we all know. Don't ask me why, but for some odd reason I still remember the whole "I don't give two shifts" incident....
Christi/Zaku: I'm actually a pretty nice guy, but I see no politeness or advantage in keeping Squall unbanned. Ban him. He tried to be good. I think.
We corrected his English, and he still never got and better. So...give up on him. We've got Donovan now.
[ Edit: Made two typos and a grammatical error in that last part, causing the statements to make no sense at all. Sorry to anyone who read that at first and was confused. ]

And don't forget, Kyle, the similarity bewteen Gobbletwix, or whatever the fuck the main evil guy's name is, and Darth Vader.
Gobbletwix (Which is what I will refer to him from now on, because it amuses me) loses his dragon and goes crazy-coco-nuts.
Darth Vader loses Padme, and the same could be said about him.

So many similarities
And the names of Eragon and LOTR are similar, too- Stars, mountains, shit like that.

...I don't think even the excuse of the author being 15 when he first started writing the story would work either. I'm pretty sure they played a major role in the shaping of the story, but anyways, he could've been a bit more creative and hid the fact more and make it seem like his own story >.>

Yeah. I tried writing a vague storyboard for a story, then I realized how cliche it was. Swords, villages, dragons, archers, magic, all the usual shit.
Heh...Gobbletwix. That's more amusing than my "Rolls" nickname. Which I am very rarely called now, by the way.
