"Where it comes from, how it operates, its motives," said the envoy, "Everything but how to stop it. The Ancient One is older that most stars in the universe. Needless to say, the Vessh'kul have encountered it on many occasions."

"Why don't you tell us something we don't know!?" Kayman growls, about to cut off one of the envoy's limbs when Mose gets in front of him.
"If we had known everything, Irene would have already told us," he states, "But something is keeping her from getting into it's mind. As much as I hate to say this, we're going to need all the information we can get."
Kayman glares at Mose, growling, before reluctantly backing away.

The envoy snickered as he approached them, "My name is Hess'an the Betrayer. Don't be fooled by the title. I am called 'the Betrayer' because I turned on the Vessh'kul and their Queen. I came to the FSA seeking sanctuary, but was met with violence. Humans are such simple minded creatures."

"You were just approaching the wrong members," Mose said, "FSA aren't always the type to ask questions first."

"Tsk, you humans are no different from one another," said Hess'an, "Even now your friend there thinks of shattering my body and ending my life." He glanced over to Kayman and snickered.

Kayman growls in offense before Mose threw his arm up in an attempt to calm him down.
"You'll have to excuse my younger brother," Mose said calmly, "He's just agitated because he got yanked out of his room before he could finish his puzzle game."

"Good to see that he has his priorities straight..." said Hess'an, "But first, how are we to escape this planet? I could spill the entire story on the monster here, but I'd rather weave the tale in a safer location."

Mose grabs Hess'an's shouler, "Then keep still."
The four disappear in a flash of light and reappear within a dark cave of the same planet. The glow of the crystals on the ceiling are the only things revealing who is where.

Hess'an hummed in interest as he looked about his surroundings. He then hissed lowly as he backed up against a wall.
"Is this where you intend to dispatch me!?" he exclaimed, "I knew not to trust you! I knew it!"

Mose doesn't react to the hissing.
"This is the best place I can think of that's away from prying eyes and ears," he said, "The other is Cygaxia, but I doubt you'd want them overhearing what you have to say."
