You guys you always check out the wiki. It has tons of useful info. wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Main_PageIt shows you skills that are easier for each of the classes to get. I could buy Military skills if I wanted, but it would cost me 150 xp cause I'm a scientist, instead of the 75 xp, which military soliders get it for. Same goes for soliders wanting science skills. Check out the skills and see what to buy first. (The Wiki makers also suggested which cheap skills to buy first.)

The whole point (for the humans) is to try and survive in the almost abandoned city, while shooting/killing/fighting zombies.
Depending on what class you chose when you start, there are different ways to get xp. What class are you? Here are the ways to get xp:
* Combat - XP gained is equal to damage dealt for human-zombie combat. Human-human or zombie-zombie combat earns half this rate (rounded down for odd amounts of damage). A bonus of 10 XP is granted when you kill your targets by reducing them to 0 HP. Combat is the only method of XP gain available to zombies. * First Aid - a player who uses a first-aid kit on another player gains 5 XP (the First Aid and Surgery skills, which increases the amount healed, do not change the XP gained). Players healing themselves do not earn XP. * DNA Extraction - players with the NecroTech Employment skill can use DNA extractors to send data on a zombie back to the NecroTech corporation for 4 XP. Each zombie can be "tagged" only once in calendar day (by UK time). Repeated attempts on zombies in a stack move down the stack with each attempt. * Revivification - a player with the Lab Experience skill who uses a revivification syringe on a zombie that does not have Brain Rot gains 5 XP. * Tagging - a player with the Tagging skill and a spray can can gain 2 XP for putting graffiti on Armories, Monuments and Police Departments and 1 XP for putting graffiti on Banks, Mansions, Power Stations and Schools. * Dumping bodies - clearing a building of bodies earns 1 XP, regardless of number of bodies cleared. * Reading - reading a book has a 10% chance of giving 1 XP through studying (2 XP for Scientist class players).
With xp, you can buy skills. Skills for your class are the cheapest, but you can buy skills from other classes (but they are more xp)
So, for now, just try to survive when your out of action points. Make sure you enter barricaded buildings when you get off Urbandead, you don't want zombies to kill you (unless you wanna become a zombie, which isn't that fun.) Try to get xp whenever you can. Check out the wiki I posted recently in this thread.

I don't know where you are, but keep away from East Grayside (and surrounding suburbs.) There's a zombie army or two. You'll never make it. We're trying to take care of it. But war against zombie armies are hard, especially since they can't die. They can just keep standing up. The only way to win is to make them give up.

Yeah, that's a strategy that works. But they could also tell their zombie friend to kill them (which would give the zombie XP) or he could jump our a window of some buildings.
Another good strategy is to heavily barricade them in buildings. OR, if you have the head shot skill, you can keep killing them until they give up. But, you see, all of these strategies will just slow them down. You have to make them give up. Zombie fighting is impossible.
