I tried doing the math, since you stated the year in the Prolouge (Or the 1,000 Years After Chaos thread. I don't remember.) But, not being much of a Megaman fan, I wasn't sure how you subtracted a number with Xs at the end.

20XX stands for the year 2000 21XX = 2100 and so on. This takes place in 4783 rounded off its 3,000 years later.

Ah. I feel stupid.
I see, I see. Not to rush you, but I'm assuming, with the history, you'll give us some examples of technology, vehicles, and weapons, so we can get the hang of the late years of the 4000 age? 21XX was high tech enough.

Haha. actually I wont have to do much. The only nation with high technology is the Metal civilization. The world has regressed.

Regressed to the technology of 20XX, or even further back than that?

Woah. Okay, then.
But they still have Bio CPUs in those areas, or no?

Ah, I see. So, If I understand correctly, here's the info on the races so far:
There's the least of Reploids, cause there's barely any left. Then, there's Bio CPUs, half breds of Reploids and Humans. They make up 30% of the population. Then there's humans, which there are the most of, and, if I could make an educated guess, are the best race to be Elementals, and are better at magic.
Correct?

Well all races can become an elemental and use the magic. Even reploids. But standard magic, yes humans are the best. Reploids can not even use magic.

Okay, question. Metal Civilization, what type of magic would they have, if any?

They don't believe in magic. Water is the main magic users.

I was reading the Water Civ bio again, and noticed something that's been bugging me. The term "mages." Are mages different than Elementals? And how?
