Okay....Should it be a tourney or random battles? I'm leaning towards tourney.

A tiered tourney.

Definitely, but if anyone wins off a bye, no one complains at all. It doesn't matter if someone wins because of the way the brackets work, 'cause in the end it will go to equilibrium.

And we should randomly generate the names for the first rounds. How? I do not know.

You're right. We can't just SAY we picked them out of a hat. Nobody would believe you. UNLESS YOU VIDEO TAPED IT. Nah...scratch that...

Yah... Maybe if we all picked numbers between 1 and whatever to decide who goes against who. Now, I don't know about this idea, but we could always use GoogleFight to determine the winners.. But, people could just go on ahead of time and find out who would win themselves... But I can not get enough of this:

Actually, its easily remedied. Zaku pm's everyone whos participating a number. I make a bracket putting random numbers in each. Then everyone says what their numbers are.

Gen: Good point, because everyone gets the same answer. Good idea.
Nam: Taking everything the simple way? That works.

Now, there is still the problem of determing the winner...

Voting works, but we all hate Silos, Mage, and Tim. So where does that leave us?

With a bias. Whoever Christi goes against will obviously lose.

Exactly. Or perhaps we can do the voting system, but request that the voter gives 2 good reasons the person should win. Those reasons would have to be relevant, and not stupid. If those are not met, the vote doesn't count.
